Good location, has a private garage so you don't need to worry about your car. Equipped fairly good.
Have in mind that the apartment has one whole side facing the outside of the building, and thermal isolation is barely existent. Inverter AC is the only thing provided to keep you warm and is attached to that same side, so it doesn't do much. When we asked for any kind of heater to be brought to us, the host provided it (but not without a little gaslighting how we weren't using the AC properly and needed to wait a little bit more). Just keep that in mind if you're travelling in winter months or if it's cold in Ohrid at the time of your stay.
