Гаража подземна со лифтот од гаража до стан. Се наоѓаш во центар на град во мирна зграда и можеш одлично да се одмориш. Пристаништето се наоѓа на две минути а чаршијата на минута од станот. Предобро место за сместување ако сакате да сте близу до се во Охрид. Срдечна препорака за сите гости.Нема да се покаете!

Affordable apartment in an incredibly central location

We spent 2.5 weeks at Dimar Apartments in Ohrid. The property host, Dimitar, kindly upgraded us to the Classic Studio Apartment (from Studio Apartment), which has a washing machine in the bathroom. It was very convenient to be able to do laundry in our own apartment. However, for those studying pictures, it is helpful to know that the Classic Studio does NOT have an actual balcony. The wall opens up, accordian-style, so you feel like you are outside, but it is not a separate space. As for the pros of this property, they are price, location, and a very communicative host. We thought this was good value for money, and it's perfectly situated back and across the square from Old Town on one side and back from the lakefront promenade on the other side. Best of both worlds. I also want to thank our host, Dimiar, who was incredibly communicative and hospitable in responding to what could have been a medical emergency (all was well, but I so appreciated his help!). He is actually a surgeon in town, so he met us personally at the hospital as he was working that day. He offered great peace of mind.

The apartment is housed in a somewhat charmless building -- casino on the bottom (though it appeared to be empty?), with residential floors above. There is one lift, and it might be a tight fit for wheelchair users with luggage. We had no issues, and other residents were friendly, but it's not exactly a beautiful or exciting building. Then again, the charming apartments in Old Town are also rented out at much higher prices.

Great location

The location was excellent. Very close to the lake and the old city. It was nice to have a dedicated underground parking. The little balcony is nice to sit at. The bed was comfy and the sheets were soft. The owner/staff were very responsive.

The cleanliness could be better. The big surfaces were cleaned, but for example the kitchen utensils, dishes, water kettle, ... were not very clean. The first night the only guest, but the second night there was a guest in the other room and I could hear a lot of noises (toilet flushing, using sink, walking around, ...)

More than perfect!

I don't think any words can express how wonderful this apartment is, it's just perfect from A to Z! Beautiful view from the balcony, literally 1 minute to the lake, flat beautifully arranged and with all the necessary amenities. Great contact with the hosts, who are incredibly helpful and friendly. Just book it, you won't find anything better in Ohrid <3

Top Location for travellers for a few days

very nice Location. More easily accessable than locations in the old town. Parked my rented car in the garage (no addtional charge). There are no free public spots in Ohrid center, that's why this is a nice feature. Highly recommend this place because the view in the morning is stunning.

as a regular on the Ohrid lake (but first time staying in the city itself) I loved the appartment as everything was just few minutes away on foot, all the attractions, restarants, markets..., and the view from the balcony is without competiton; full view on the old city center and the lake.. just amazing. The appartment itself is well equiped and very clean, theres also an option of free parking, which is really nice considering the location. The hosts were extreamly friendly and informative and we're coming back here for sure the next time we decide to go to Ohrid.

The apartment was just like on the picture. It was stunning! Beautiful, comfortable and clean. My girlfriend and I were amazed at how nice and new everything looked. The view is breathtaking! We enjoyed our morning coffee there every day of our stay. At night you can see all the beautiful lights of the old town and the fortress. It was picturesque. The apartment is fully equipped and functional. 10/10.

Extraordinary suit located in the heart of Ohrid, couldn't find any better location than this (I've been visiting Ohrid my whole life). The apartment itself is nice and cosy, great overview on the Old Town. Has all the necessary amenities for a great holiday in Ohrid, short-term or long-term. Available parking space. 1 min walk to the heart of Ohrid. Definitely staying again :)

Very pleasant stay in a modern, clean and comfortable apartment, in an excellent location.

I stayed in a quiet, very clean and comfortable studio apartment on the 6th floor, with a view over the old town and the lake, and just a few minutes walk to the centre, lake and local restaurants. Access to the building and apartment was easy and safe, via a chip for the main entrance door and elevator, and separate keys for the apartment.

Communication and coordination with the hosts proved challenging, as I was given 3 names and contact numbers, which proved to be over complicated. Make sure you have all the numbers and names written down, as well as Wifi access. Pity that the hosts did not provide tourist tips or information, or restaurant recommendations.
