The furnishing were all high quality. It was immaculately clean. Charming back yard and screened in porch. Tons of dishes and kitchen supplies.

We were in town for a friend’s birthday weekend and four couples stayed here and attended the festivities in Dewey and Rehoboth. It was great! The house is very nice and well appointed and super comfortable. There are many different areas to hang out including the sunroom, screened porch, and outdoor fire pit. The kitchen is brand new and also a great hangout spot. Four parking spaces and close to everything. We walked home from Dewey one night and another took a bicycle taxi and both were great. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something at the beach that’s affordable and cozy.
