STARTER SUPPLIES: The following starter supplies are provided in the unit: each bathroom will have: 1 small bar soap, one toilet roll and 1 trash bag; in the kitchen: 1 dish detergent, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 sponge, 1 paper towel and 1 trash bag. No other supplies will be provided. Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.
HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.
FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check in.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please observe trash collection days and place trash in the resort dumpster daily to keep a clean home.

The house had exactly what it says, but the pictures were a little out of date. The pool was nice, and the kitchen was nice. The rooms were well appointed. The carpet could use a good cleaning or replacement, and the downstairs wall a coat of paint. Warming the pool was extra - but I am guessing this is t necessary most of the time. The grill was also extra, which seemed a little much, given the cost of the stay (which, on the whole was fair).
I was able to contact the owner for an equipment failure, but it was not so easyand required time...this should be made very simple.

Property was cleaned well when we arrived. Property matched provided photos and host was very communicative with minor issues like informing us how tonuse propane grill and fixing the a/c in the movie room asap. All in all excellent home which made our trip wonderful. Already planning to revisit.

Home had everything we needed. Great location and amenities. Check in and communication with property owners was seamless. Traffic can be a problem, but was not a deterent to enjoying ourselves. Overall, had a great time and would stay here again.

House is just as describe. Very spacious and clean despite needing a little paint touch-up on the stairwell and balcony. My only issue with this property is the parking issue. You must carpool if you plan on staying at this property. Really only enough space for 4 vehicles. They will tow your car without hesitation. Communication with the owner was great. He always respond quickly. Would use this property again.
