Great studio! Great location, walkable to campus and restaurants on Perkins. Quiet neighborhood. Studio is clean and spacious. We didnât use the kitchen but it was large and equipped if we did need it. Communication was great.

This property was within 5-10 minutes of anything we needed, and 15 minutes to large commercial areas like the mall, Main Event, Top Golf.Looked exactly like the listing. Cute, clean, well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed!

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Studio A! We were in town to visit our freshman daughter at LSU and the location couldnât have been better! Itâs nestled into a side street within a 5 minute drive to campus and walking distance to the beautiful lake trail as well as some great local bars and restaurants. The unit was exactly as pictured and exceeded our expectations in terms of space, style, and cleanliness.The owners were very responsive! We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed staying at this VRBO Property with one exception. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom met all out needs with a nice shower and even shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The location was quiet. The TV worked; although we are unfamiliar with Sling TV we found things to watch the little time we had to watch it. So, whatâs the âOne exceptionâ?My wife and I are 81 years old and the 13 steps that lead to the 2nd story were difficult for us, especially for my wife since she has two titanium knees. Even though we liked the Studio Apartment, we wonât stay there agin. Perhaps if the front house has an opening when we are in Baton Rouge again we would be interested, particularly if it is as nice as Studio A.
