Rifugio Serot

Rifugio molto carino, in mezzo al verde con moltissimi sentieri nei paraggi. La cucina non è per niente male e lo staff è gentile e disponibile.

L'unica pecca è il bagno non finestrato senza aspiratore.

Molto accogliente e caratteristico Si mangia molto bene Gestito da ragazzi giovanissimi e molto in gamba Bellissimo, complimenti! La sera poi alcuni ospiti avevano un telescopio e abbiamo guardato insieme un cielo stellato stupendo.

La posizione è stata un po’ una sopresaccia, a dirla tutta non avevano guardato bene dove si trovasse e non avevamo realizzato fosse a 1600mt quindi dopo una lunga giornata in moto arrivati a Roncegno eravamo convinti di essere a destinazione invece ci attendevano ancora 25 minuti di tornanti e stava già facendo buio… è stata più che altro una “delusione” legata alla stanchezza di fine giornata. Per il resto nulla da dire!

Wonderful location high up looking across to the opposite mountain range. Very picturesqu position. Great base if you're a keen walker.

The property didn't live up to its potential during our stay. In early September we were the only guests and stayed two nights. Refugio Serot would have been better to not accept our booking rather than offer such a substandard experience at a premium price. Our experience fell well below the favourable reviews given by other guests. Having travel in Northern Italy for 5 weeks this was the most disappointing of our stays. The majority of the staff were totally disinterested. The breakfast was the worst we'd come across, and on the first morning nothing was set up. The bread offered at dinner and breakfast as 'homemade' was stale. We booked a Superior Double with balcony what we got was a very basic room with a bed& pillows that were poor quality, an internal bathroom with no fan, poor lighting that left the shower in darkness. The property needs work done on it ... a timber chair in our room was totally broken; one room had no door handle; and in the dining room the timber floor had warped some time ago and was a serious trip hazard but no attempt had been made to mark
