The apartment is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. It has a small but very practical front yard with a terrasse, an outdoor shower, and a parking space. Inside is a bit small but big enough for a 4 member family. There's a shop in the neighborhood and the nearest beach is just a 5 minutes drive away.
