Velmi klidné místo. Pěkná zahrada s pravidelně udržovaným venkovním bazénem, vířivkou a venkovním posezením. Krásné, čisté moře na dojezd k plážím autem 10 – 20 minut. Oblast s řadou vinic a olivových hájů vhodná také pro milovníky běhání, jízdy na kole nebo pěší turistiky. Pračky na prádlo i klimatizace v obou bytech. V případě naší potřeby velmi oceňujeme brzkou reakci majitele objektu pana Alena Modrušana.
Nemůžeme tvrdit, že by se nám něco přímo nelíbilo, níže jen jistá doporučení. Jen dvě matrace na venkovní lehátka. Absence myčky v horním bytě. Některé kuchyňské vybavení muselo být sdíleno mezi jednotlivými byty.
