The first guest bedroom is roomy and boasts a queen-size bed. Perfect spot to take an afternoon nap. Has a flat screen TV and 5 & 7 drawer dressers to store personal belongings. The playful second guest bedroom is a great room for the kids. Features two twin size beds, to ensure a restful night of sleep. Additional amenities: 5-drawer dresser, flat screen TV and closet. In each guest bedroom closets are 2 (4 total) additional fold out twin beds.
The large, spacious guest bathroom has a marble vanity with double sinks. Guests can store personal belongings in the generous cupboard space below. Has a striking tub/shower combo, great for taking a hot bubble bath to relax your tired muscles at the end of the day.

RESORT FEES
All reservations with stay dates from March 4th to April 4th require a one-time per-person Resort Fee of $33.
The Resort Fee is required for all guests from 10 years of age to 32.
Guests ages 9 and under are exempt.
Guests ages 33 and older are exempt.
Please notify us of the number of guests in your group for whom the resort fee will apply.
The Resort Fee will be applied to the reservation and paid with the final payment which is due 30 days prior to arrival.
The Resort Fee does not apply to any other time of the year.
The City of South Padre Island License Number is 2023-0679.

The condo was perfect for our one week stay on SPI. Having a washer and dryer available made keeping up 9 people a whole lot easier. I would definitely recommend! Thank you for an awesome stay!

We had a wonderful time at this condo! The check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which made arrival stress-free. The condo itself was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is fantastic — close to everything we wanted to see and do. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Older condo with fantastic location for littles. Close pool with bar for mommies. Easy walk to beach. No loading and unloading the car. Washer and dryer in unit. Right on the main drag for food options. Would absolutely repeat.

The location was amazing and loved the easy walk to the beach, however, the unit was very dirty. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and the plates and silverware that were put away were dirty. The countertops and bathrooms were dirty. We actually went back to Port Isabel to get Clorox wipes to wipe everything down. Also, the oven didn’t work properly. We had gotten pizza and it only heated to 300 or 399.The view was really pretty, just wish it had been clean.
