About this house rental
We have a 4 Bedroom split holiday house that sleeps up to 10 Guests. There is an abundance of space - inside and outside with a generous backyard for the kids and pets to play outside. There's a balcony overseeing the Corio Bay to enjoy the sunset and open fire place for the winter nights. Only 2min drive to the beach or 10min walk.
Inclusions
The house sleeps 10 guests comfortably with 2 full main bathrooms. We offer complimentary Wifi internet access, BBQ, linen, Netflix and a coffee machine to use (BYO Nespresso compatible Pods) and Billiards table to enjoy. There is a large carport which you can park your car, caravan or boat.
Location
The house is within walking distance to boat ramp, the Dell, beach and golf course. There are also restaurants and wineries within 10min drive.

Check In from 3pm, Out 10am. Pets must remain outside. We offer complimentary linen but you need to provide your own towels. Check In/ Out can be earlier or later subject to availability.

We loved our stay, the house was spacious and well equipped. Ken was awesome to deal with. We had 3 families, and there was plenty of room. Would highly recommend.

This house in Clifton Springs was excellent and we all had a relaxing break there. It was clean and ready to use. The yard was dog friendly and there was plenty for our kids to do. Thanks to Ken for hosting us.

It was as described in the ad but the photos used were obviously from a long time ago . it just felt a little "grubby ", run down and un-prepared for guests . It would have been nice to have a few coffee pods for the coffee machine, perhaps milk on the fridge, tea and biscuits etc some chopped wood for the fire place , etc ... the back deck was a mess , with just a fold up table, . The back deck windows are dirty There are no power outlets in the main bathroom. The curtains in the bedrooms are broken. The floors were dirty, With just a few extra details this place could be a great accommodation, but unfortunately it fell very short . Overall it is a functional , cheap accommodation that served its purpose for my family which was to attend a wedding near by . The smallest details make a big difference it's a shame a little more effort was not made to welcome us.
