The spacious holiday home "Melongos" is located on the outskirts of Inca and offers a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 guests. This child-friendly house also features Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning, fireplace, fans, and TV. A cot and high chair are available on request.
Enjoy the beautiful private garden with seating and a pool. There is a covered terrace and an open terrace where you can relax with a refreshing drink while taking in the fresh air and views. A barbecue is also available for outdoor meals.
Thanks to its convenient location, all essentials are within walking distance. A restaurant is just 4 minutes away on foot (300 m), and the nearest supermarket is a 3-minute walk (230 m). In the center of Inca, only 16 minutes on foot (1.2 km), you will find a wider selection of shops and restaurants. Beach lovers have many options, with a variety of beaches just a 30-minute drive from the house. Palma de Mallorca and the international airport are just 26 minutes by car (35.4 km), making your arrival easy.

Large, spacious property ideally located for our daughter's wedding in Binissalem.
Plenty of parking, large garden, nice pool and lots of sitting areas.
Diego was an excellent host and we enjoyed his company.

Pros: Der Check-In war super einfach.
Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Diego war super unkompliziert und sehr herzlich. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für uns.
Der Pool war ein Traum und man hatte mit 6 Erwachsenen reichlich Platz. Das gesamte Grundstück war sehr gepflegt.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind im großen Umfang fußläufig vorhanden. Man erreicht die Altstadt/Innenstadt von Inca sehr bequem zu Fuß, genauso wie die örtliche Bahnstation.
Was man nur anmerken sollte: es ist KEIN 5* Hotel.
Wenn das jedem bewusst ist, man nicht zu pingelig bezüglich Sauberkeit ist und man weiß, daß man sich in Spanien befindet, wird man nicht enttäuscht.
Zum Schluss nochmal lieben Dank an Diego und seine herzliche Art das Leben zu genieße :)
