Great location - fantastic villa
Not being well treated. The most expensive place I stayed in three weeks holiday and they asked on top 35 Euro per person for linen. Cleaning fee was 350 Euro - rules of the house says if dishes are not all washed a fee of 100 Euro will be charged. What is the cleaning fee for? Paying 1 000 Euro breakage deposit - host will inspect when you leave and then has another 48 hours to deduct for breakage! Garbage to be classified and delivered to a rubbish area 400m from the house. I honestly felt like an intruder and not a welcome guest.

Die Lage des Ferienhauses ist in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Der Ausblick ist traumhaft und die Terrasse ist perfekt mit Liegen und Sitzmöglichkeiten ausgestattet. Der Fußweg zum Strand beträgt nur 5-10 Minuten. Die Hauswirtin ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Schlafzimmer im unteren Wohnbreich (Einliegerwohnung) war sehr kalt und feucht, weshalb es unangenehm modrig roch. Die Heiz-/Klimaanlage war nicht funktionsfähig (Defekt war auf Nachfrage bereits bekannt), deshalb konnte über die Tage auch nichts gegen das feuchte Raumklima gemacht werden.
