Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, świetny kontakt z właścicielską. Cała operacja z wejściem do lokalu i późniejszym jego zdaniem - załatwiona zdalnie 👍. Miejsca postojowe dostępne po lokalem.
Rozważyłbym możliwość dostawienia choćby małej płyty indukcyjnej, żeby móc rano jajeczniczke zjeść … . Ale rozumiem, że są jakieś powody ze jej nie ma.

Czyste, schludne mieszkanie. Zameldowanie bez konieczności osobistego kontaktu z właścicielka. Wygodne łóżko, dobrze wyposażony aneks kuchenny. .
Delikatny minus to brak umywalki w aneksie kuchennym, ale można korzystać z tej w łazience.

Brakowało niewielkich detali jak nóż do pieczywa/wędlin, kieliszków do jakiegokolwiek alkoholu.
