This air-conditioned space is all on one floor, with a shaded outdoor patio that leads to grassy, manicured grounds and the pool and beach just a bit beyond. There are tile floors and free WiFi throughout the condo, as well as a well-appointed kitchen with plentiful cabinetry and every essential appliance, including a dishwasher. Find ample space to sit down for meals at the dining room table and spend your evenings in plush leather furnishings, watching cable and Netflix favorites on the TV in the living area.
This condo is on the ground floor of Castle Reef, an oceanfront building with private access to a beautiful, no-drive section of New Smyrna Beach. On the grounds, you'll find a large oceanfront swimming pool, heated seasonally, and a kids' wading pool. The rest of New Smyrna Beach is known for its excellent fishing opportunities. It has charters readily available to take you out on the ocean, along the Indian River, and south to Mosquito Lagoon.

I loved the largeness of the kitchen. We were able to fit a lot of our groceries and stuff in there. They were plenty of utensils and pots and pans and all that we were able to cook any meals we wanted the lounging area was very, very comfortable the couch the TV works great. The only thing where we are there is that they were painting so they had to take away your patio furniture but you know we don’t really sit out there with the mosquitoes much anyway so the Bed in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable and overall we had a very pleasant time and I would go again

Situated on a very quiet, clean area of New Smyrna Beach with a shopping plaza right across the street. Courtyard and pool are very pleasant. You may want to check with the condo office before you go to make sure there is no work scheduled for the parts of the building where the unit is in which you want to stay. There was painting and pressure washing going on when we were there which detracted from our enjoyment.

We took my mom on a long weekend for her birthday and she loved this community so much that she started looking at buying a condo in this complex. It was very clean and peaceful with great landscaping, great pool right near the ocean but also only a few steps from the condo. The only difficulty she had was that the access to the beach were stairs which she had a hard time with but I think that is common for the area. We were on the bottom floor and enjoyed watching a family of bunnies graze every morning and evening. The condo itself was clean and the layout was great. The 2 bedrooms had good space between them for privacy and the doors to them that it wasn't disturbing to sleep while others are in the common areas. The unit is a little dated but provides almost everything you need. Beach and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer soap, sponges, extra pillows and blankets, blender and other appliances, kids sand toys, 2 beach chairs, 2 camping chairs, beach umbrellas, garbage bags and I'm sure there was more. I tried to list as much as I can remember because they didn't have a lot of it in the write up so we OVERPACKED a lot. I do wish they had all of that in listing to save use some fuse. Also, it said it would have 6 wrist bands and they only had 3. Luckily there were only 3 of us but it would have been good for the day 2 family members came for the day. Also, there were no ceiling fans and no lights on a switch in the bedrooms

Some friends and I decided to take a last minute trip to the beach. The options were limited when we booked. The location of the condo was perfect. Right on the beach, grocery across the street, etc. The surfaces were clean but it needs a deep clean. The floors, baseboards and walls were dirty. Paint is peeling off the interior doors. The dehumidifier was full. There are moisture collecting bags in the closets- they were all full of water when we got there. There were no washcloths and few towels. The code to the door is annoyingly long. None of this overshadowed our stay, but are some things the owner may consider taking care of.
