About this house rental

A short distance from hiking trails, horse riding, and more, this family-friendly vacation home lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 17-minute drive to Champollion Museum or the 17-minute drive to Hotel de la Monnaie (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime).

Relax by the outdoor pool or sip a drink in the garden of this 1722-sq-ft vacation home, which also features a deck or patio and outdoor furniture. As for the great indoors, you can come inside and enjoy the WiFi, cable/satellite TV, video games, and DVD player.

A BBQ grill and a fireplace are featured at this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, toilet paper, and soap. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a refrigerator, as well as a coffee maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. Nous vous passé un excellent séjour dans cette grande propriété très confortable avec une belle piscine. Maison très propre et très bien équipée. Environnement tres calme et pas très loin de Figeac. Idéal pour un séjour en famille. La propriétaire est très accueillante, accessible et donne de bons conseils. Nous recommandons cette location et reviendrons y passer nos vacances.

Nous avons été très surpris par l'état de la terrasse de la piscine, cette dernière n'est pas totalement terminée. Le sol est extrêmement dangereux pour les enfants, nous nous sommes fait scarifiés les pieds tout au long du séjour à cause du béton brute non lissé. A cela il faut ajouté les nombreux parpaing par ci par là ainsi que des chutes de bois. Les clôtures ne sont pas également terminées, énormément de bêtes et autre chat passent facilement. La promesse de la tranquillité et du sans vis-à-vis n'est pas vraiment assuré car les voisins passent régulièrement de plusieurs côtés de la maison et n'hésitent pas à interpeller sur nos faits et gestes. Sentiment d'être surveillé. Les lits ne sont pas très confortables, sous dimensionnés avec des oreillés plus que usés. Mal de dos suite au séjour. Nous avons eu une coupure d'électricité en cours de séjour, une système de chauffage de la piscine qui ne fonctionnait pas sur les premiers jours. Bref même si la propriétaire reste assez disponible, nous restons globalement déçu par notre séjour.

Accueil chaleureux, la maison est bien entretenue, accueillante et très bien équipée. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Il y a beaucoup d’espace et la piscine chauffée a fait la joie des petits et des grands. Vue magnifique sur les montagnes en terrasse pour le petit déjeuner. Assez proche de lieux à visiter comme Figeac, Rocamadour, le gouffre de Padirac ou Sarlat. Proche également d’un Lac avec plage artificielle et activités nautiques à tarif très abordable. Merci encore à Sandrine pour son accueil et la qualité de sa location. Je recommande vivement.

Maison spacieuse très adaptée aux familles. De nombreux jeux pour enfants, extérieurs et piscine sécurisés. Pas de passage de voitures. Sandrine est très disponible, pleine de bons conseils.
