About this villa rental
Located in Ariany, the holiday home "Finca Calderitx" impresses guests with its spacious outdoor area. This rustic house, with mountain views, consists of a living/dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, television, washing machine, and a high chair and cot available on request.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, bedroom 2 has a queen-size bed, and bedroom 3 has 2 single beds.
The highlight of the property is its fantastic private outdoor area, which has everything you need for a perfect holiday: pool, garden, terraces (open and covered), barbecue and outdoor shower.
The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute walk away (400 m), and a bar is just 6 minutes away on foot (500 m). The closest restaurant can be reached in 20 minutes on foot or 4 minutes by car (1.7 km). Porto Cristo, with its beach, is a 30-minute drive away (29 km). Palma de Mallorca Airport is 43 minutes away by car (46 km).
Parking is available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are included. Electricity consumption will be paid on site according to the kilowatts used during your stay, upon check-out.

Pros: - lovely house that offers everything you need
- the contact to landlord as well as manager was always friendly and nice
- spacious but not too big
- nice outside area
- located outside of Ariany: you need a car to get around, but we knew that beforehand and didn't mind
- very rural area, we loved the tranquility (the animals around the area are quite noisy though, keep that in mind ;-))
- amazing pool, deep and great for swimming and chilling out
Cons: - the amount of mosquitoes was catastrophic; we would suggest for the landlord to install mosquito nets/screens to all bedroom windows (only one bedroom had a mosquito net installed)

Pros: Der Pool ist super. Sehr tief und nur für Schwimmer geeignet. Toller Garten mit Kunstrasen,Tischtennisplatte und viel Platz. Große, gut ausgestattete Küche. Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern. Fernseher mit Streaming. Abgelegen und ruhig (bis auf einige Tiergeräusche).
Super Kommunikation mit den Verwaltern und Eigentümer. Schnelle Hilfe vor Ort bei Problemen und sehr netter Kontakt mit MariLuz.
Cons: Viele Fliegen. Unfassbar viele Ameisen sobald etwas Essbares auf dem Boden liegt. Der Zaun zu den Eseln ist für Hunde nicht unüberwindbar. Etwas wenig Gläser in der Küche. Die Fotos sind nicht ganz aktuell.

Pros: Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Check in sehr gut abgestimmt am An - und Abreisetag. Alles wie beschrieben. Ausstattung der Finca war sehr gut. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und hatten einen tollen Urlaub.

Pros: Sehr gute Erreichbarkeit des sehr freundlichen Besitzers bzw. dessen Vertreters, schnell vor Ort bei Bedarf.
Großes Grundstück, gut gepflegt.
Recht großer, tiefer Pool. Verschiedene Sonnenliegen, stabile, verstellbare Sonnenschirme. Grill. Gute Küchenausstattung. Gutes W-LAN. Schöner Blick auf Berge und Sonnenuntergang.
Cons: Teilweise könnte die Küchen-/Ausstattung erneuert werden (z.B.Besteck, Bügeleisen). 2 Bäder. Aber schmale Duschkabine bzw unzureichender Duschwasserschutz.
Sehr laute, viele Tiergeräusche (Esel, Ziegen, Hunde, Hahn) aus unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, auch nachts. Das liegt an der ländlichen Lage, sollte aber in der Beschreibung etwas mehr benannt werden. Ein Eselsfoto deutet aber darauf hin.
Hohe Strom- und Kurtaxenpreise.
