I liked the location as it was close where we wanted to go , property was good , could be a bit more clean but was comfy and big , easy to reach by a door code. communication with the host was difficult, she speaks only italian , the way if you need to make a change or something else she is not up to solve any kind of situation, anyway she can do it , she will not.

host communication could be better ,anyway she can't speak other language as italian she can put some effort for making a better stay to his guests. improve also the cleaning of the property , for the price could be also some little snacks .

Superb

The flat is new and very modern, all the facilities are there (kitchen with all the accessories, washing machine, TV with Netflix and Amazon Videos connection ecc). Very nice and clean, beautifully furnished and arranged. The location is central, close to the down town and next to the train station, very nice area. The staff is very helpful, i came out of the check in hours due to delays, they waited for me without any issues and problems. Highly recommend both for work or vacation!

Tutto ottimo. Una delle migliori strutture dove io abbia mai alloggiato. Bellissima, calda, accogliente. Offrivano caffé e due bottigliette d’acqua. Self check-in comodissimo.

L’unica pecca, se così si puó definire, é il fatto di non avere niente da mangiare. Dato che offrono il caffé sarebbe comodo lasciare anche solo 1 brioche o un cornetto per fare colazione. Per il resto tutto ottimo.

Bella struttura ma un po’ troppo cara vista la posizione

Faceva freddo la prima sera: personale aveva spento per sbaglio il riscaldamento e non avevano messo il piumone nel letto. Il giorno successivo però hanno rimediato Difficilissimo il parcheggio Accanto alla stazione, si sentono i treni in prima mattina e tarda notte

posizione comoda per le mie esigenze, locali ampi, letti comodi, struttura nuova ed efficiente, fornito di quello che serve sia per soggiorni brevi che per soggiorni lunghi. La gestione viene sempre incontro alle mie esigenze.

Purtroppo la vicinanza alla ferrovia è un 'difetto' che si conosce già alla prenotazione e l'insonorizzazione è appena sufficiente. Questa volta ho trovato la macchinetta del caffè non funzionante e un po' di polvere dove non mi aspettavo di trovarla.....

Le confort et l’équipement du studio

Le bruit des trains et du restaurant juste en dessous. Les trains klaxonnent même la nuit et nous entendions tout depuis le studio. C’est assez mal isolé acoustiquement. Le restaurant en bas fait beaucoup de bruit aussi, même après minuit en jetant des bouteilles en verre dans les poubelles qui se trouve juste sous notre studio et en plus de ça, notre porte donnait sur la terrasse du resto et les gens parlaient très fort
