La pulizia della stanza e la facilità d'accesso. Buona anche la posizione per raggiungere a piedi il centro ed eventuali locali. Sicuramente consigliato.
Purtroppo sono molto percepibili le vibrazioni durante il passaggio dei treni e per chi ha il sonno leggero non è proprio il massimo. Non è naturalmente un problema risolvibile o imputabile alla struttura.

Ho particolarmente apprezzato la gestione degli spazi, ben organizzati e funzionali. L'arredamento è curato e gradevole, mentre la luminosità degli ambienti contribuisce a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante.
La pulizia degli ambienti potrebbe essere migliorata, in quanto non è risultata del tutto all'altezza delle aspettative. Inoltre, la vicinanza della linea ferroviaria sul retro della struttura può comportare qualche disagio per i più sensibili ai rumori; va comunque riconosciuto che gli infissi di buona qualità contribuiscono ad attenuare significativamente il passaggio dei treni.

Estancia perfecta, super recomendado! El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y en perfectas condiciones.La ubicación es inmejorable: el metro está literalmente al lado, lo que facilita muchísimo moverse. Además, la zona tiene de todo: supermercados, tiendas a pocos pasos. El acceso fue muy fácil, self check-in sin problema. Repetiria!!
Habia lavadora pero no habia ningun tipo de detergente para usarla. Al estar muy cerca de la estación de tren hay bastante ruido.
