The villa grounds consist of a 1.600 m2 very private plot, with in a
slightly raised position against the quiet street and neighbouring
plots. The villa features a glazed veranda of 50 m2 overlooking the
pool and garden. The veranda that can be heated in the cold season
features a lounge area and a table for 5. Ceiling shades provide
protection from the sun in the summer.
The massive pool of about 100 m2 features shallow area for kids to
play, and an outdoor shower. The pool can be heated on request for an
additional fee.
The ground floor of some 250 m2 features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and
open living-dining area and a separate kitchen. Right outside the
kitchen there is a grill and al fresco dining area for at least 8
people.
On the second floor of the house the master bedroom and two additional
bedrooms are located, sharing one bathroom. The second floor has an
additional living area with a Tv, that can possibly be used as a
children’s area.
Both living areas features smart-TVs and sound system from Samsung,
connectable via Samsung cast, Crome Cast, Apple Air or Bluetooth. Cable
TV channels also available.
Covered parking for 2 cars on the grounds. Laundry room with a washer
and dryer. The private pool is available for your use. Pool heating can
be arranged upon request. 50€/NIGHT (pool takes a few days to heat,
