Location!!!! Fantastic hike behind the house that leads to Oval beach.
Cute quaint house with lots of character and love.
Stairs everywhere. Stairs to get in to house and stairs to get to second bathroom. Most of the beds are not on the floor with a bathroom.
Host asks you to clean after you pay a large sum to stay, which comes off poorly.

The screened in porch is amazing to watch the boats go bye. The location of the cottage is wonderful.
Steps out front were slippery and needed grip pads.

Location. Cleanliness. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Great screened in porch. Spacious
Only has 1 bathroom which worked fine for 3 sisters but would be difficult with more people .
No heating or air conditioning but great fans on porch and in bedrooms so we were good….and weather wasn’t too hot or humid
