Zeker een pluspunt is de zalig ruime douche. Eigenaar is steeds bereikbaar en behulpzaam als er zich een probleem stelt . Alles binnen wandelafstand , anders voor een kleine prijs ubertaxi. Wagen is dus niet echt nodig.

Obiekt oddalony o 15 minut spacerem od centrum, ale wokół było sporo bezpłatnych miejsc parkingowych, na czym nam zależało. Obok apartamentu była również kafeteria, w której można było zjeść śniadania (nie ma jej na Google Maps). Świetnie, że była dostępna bieżnia, z której można było skorzystać. Łóżka wygodne.

Nie wiem czemu kosz na śmieci był dostępny tylko na balkonie. Winda do lokalu trochę stara i ciasna, ale na to nikt nie ma wpływu. Drzwi łazienki szklane, więc dla niektórych może stanowić to spory dyskomfort przed korzystaniem.

Good sized apartment with a lift for easy access. Very comfortable bed. Efficient, and fairly quiet, air conditioning/heating units in the key rooms. Good sized shower room with plentiful soap and shampoo etc. Choice of two coffee machines. Air fryer. Full sized fridge. Broken washing machine was replaced very quickly following report. Pedro replied very promptly to all of our messages. 15 minute walk to two large supermarkets, the centre of town, and the train station.

We suffered from maintenance issues: water leak from apartment above into the double bedroom wardrobe, broken washing machine (replaced), broken tumble drier (did not work for the entirety of our stay), large exercise equipment takes up a LOT of space and blocks access behind the sofa and in front of the balcony and bedroom door. Remote controls for bedroom TV's not working, bulb failure or lights stuck on blue due to remote not working. The cooker has no id numbers and all the markers are missing so unless you guess you can't tell which control operates the functions and temperature etc. No user manuals for any of the equipment such as washing machine, tumble drier, cooker. All things that I'm hopeful Pedro can and will sort for his next guests. Finally there was a long water shutoff for reservoir maintenance which we were not told about - despite it being fully scheduled and notified locally. If we'd been told we could have made different choices. It was a problem for us as it went on for longer than originally scheduled and we hadn't known about it in advance like the long term residents did. However I do think Pedro might handle this differently in future.
