Welcome to Lily Pond Haven!
This unique vacation rental is perfect for large groups or families reunions. This is a great all-season property on 5 acres of land with a private pond, located about 10 minutes away from Saugatuck and South Haven downtowns. You have the best of both worlds to unplug on a large, very private property and create memories of a lifetime. Winter or Rainy days will call for hours of board games, ping pong and foosball matches, cooking, movies, or snuggling with your favorite books by the fireplace.
INSIDE THE HOME
Lily Pond Haven is set up in a true B&B style, each bedroom has its own bathroom. The lower level features two bedrooms, a seating area, and an entertainment room. The entertainment room has a foosball table, ping pong table, and a flat screen TV. Upstairs you will find another living area focused around a gas fireplace. This will lead you into the newly updated open kitchen and a large dining room table with room for everyone to sit around. The other three bedrooms are on this level as well. Lily Pond Haven boasts space inside and out.

When you choose to stay with us, you will enjoy exploring the serene private 5 acre grounds, hike around the pond (or bring your kayak and/or paddleboard (local rentals available), relax in a hot tub, gather around the fire pit, enjoy screened-in gazebo outfitted for dining and lounging.
-Summer enjoy the pond, beaches, and U-Picks.
-Fall - enjoy the beautiful foliage and apple picking.
-Winter brings skiing and snow-shoeing that can be topped off by hot cocoa by the fireplace and a soak in the hot tub.
-Spring brings migrating birds, early flowers, and great hikes.
THE LOCATION
The property is just a short drive to several public beaches, hiking trails, golf courses, dunes, horseback riding, an outdoor ice skating rink, skiing, and a sledding hill. Enjoy gourmet meals at local restaurants, taste local breweries, browse art galleries, treasure hunt at dozens of antique stores and boutique shops. South Haven and Saugatuck are both a 15 minute drive away, you are literally in between two great towns giving you the best of both worlds.

Very nice home! The grounds and pond were a hit with our grandkids. The inside was everything we were looking for and so spacious for our family! Would definitely rent again in the future!

This property was a great place for 3 couples and 2 sets of brothers to stay because each bedroom has its own bath, and 2 of the bedrooms had two beds. The linens and towels were great but at least a few of the mattresses were surprisingly firm. (Some people liked that, some didn't.) The kitchen was beautiful and well-stocked with everything you could need. It should be noted that you enter on the lower level, but the kitchen and communal areas are all on the upper level, so if you have people with mobility issues, it's not ideal.There is also an awesome large detached screened-in porch behind the house that had lounge furniture and a big table. It was very dirty upon arrival though, so we spent a good deal of time wiping down all of the furniture to make it usable. Surprising because the house itself was really clean.Location-wise, it feels remote, but was only a 15-minute drive to either Saugatuk or South Haven and there is a very handy convenience store 1 mile away. One negative is that there is a camp of sorts that surrounds the property on 2 sides, which was a little off-putting as they were riding their 4-wheelers back and forth behind the house.All in all we definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend for a larger group that wants to spend some time together.

It’s a lovely property and house. Well appointed with everything we needed from small children to their grandparents. Loved making s’mores at the fire pit. Close beach access and close to Saugatuck, which we loved.

This home, conveniently located between Saugatuck and South Haven, was perfect for 3 families with active young children. We had lots of room outside for baseball, soccer, climbing on the playground equipment, and closing the night with a campfire. Each of the 5 bedrooms had its own bathroom, and there were many gathering spaces. Behind the house is a screened porch with lots of room for relaxing or setting up games for the kids. The kitchen table easily seats 12, and the area was well equipped with dishes, glasses, pots, baking dishes, etc. We could not have asked for more! You do have to drive to wherever you want to go, but the tradeoff is the peaceful setting.
