In Cap d'Agde in a secure residence on the 4th floor with elevator, air conditioning, swimming pool and parking space, a duplex apartment of 58m2 ideal for 5 people.
A stone's throw from Aqualand, three from Aquapark, 4 from the Ile des Loisirs, opposite the Golf Course, right next to Carrefour Contact, 5 minutes walk from Richelieu, 10 minutes from the port and Rochelongue by pedestrian path...... You won't need a vehicle!
The apartment:
Upstairs, a large dormitory room converted into 2 double bedrooms with 140x190 beds and storage. Ideal for teenagers.
On the first floor: 1 double bedroom 140x190 with large cupboard and 1 single bedroom. A kitchen equipped with a fridge-freezer, senseo, toaster, oven and oven MO, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer and straightener, separate toilet, living room with sofa, armchair, coffee table, TV/TNT.
Auxiliary radiators if needed.
A loggia with furniture, table and chairs for dining (so you have the choice between eating on the balcony, terrace or inside the apartment).
Non-smoking accommodation
Optional bed and household linen. If you wish, let the concierge service know when you call a week before for €50.

Un logement qui a tenu toutes ses promesses et même davantage. Une loggia très agréable pour prendre les repas sur l'extérieur. Beaucoup de materiel divers à disposition (vaisselle, jeux, etc).
L'emplacement est idéal car à proximité des plages, des parcs et du supermarché.

très bel appartement, spacieux, près des commerces et de la plage. Très bon accueil.
2 points faibles : à prévoir absolument la climatisation et peu de pression pour la douche.
Je recommende quand même pour sa qualité.

Bel appartement avec un maximum de couchage la place est bien rentabilisée. La literie est confortable. Excellent rapport qualité prix. Je le recommande vivement
