I have stayed here since the 90's, I love the location. I will say those steps down to the pool need to be changed out to maybe a slope..I sprained my ankle and several owners were there and every one of them said they fell on them too, and another guest too.
The stairs by the pool deck. We still need a portapotty or some type coded bathroom on the beach side.

There was no breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay.
The large skillet was not usable. Suggestion is that a full length mirror be put on the closet door.

It's more for older couples not kid friendly at all
That it wasn't kid friendly boring couldn't even throw a ball at pool or music
