Good location, easy to get to the centre and beaches nearby - recommend Broulee beach and others beaches towards Batemans Bay. Parking was ample and very close to the apartment, good view of the bay. This is a small 2 bed apartment, but for the two of us this was fine.

The apartment was on the ground floor and was overlooked by other residents walking past our window, We kept the blinds down, which made the apartment quite dark during the day. The walls are very thin and noises pass through easily. Unfortunately, I snore so my wife was disturbed during the night. This is the only apartment of seven other apartments we have stayed in, on this trip, where this was an issue. Unfortunately, we had other residents, with children, who would play outside our window and would look in and make a fair amount of noise.

Amazing location, right on the water. It's a very cosy and comfortable unit and we felt very calm and relaxed staying there. The owners provided a bottle of wine and a packet of lollies for the kids!

Very nice water views from windows a balcony. Enjoyable 20 minute walk to town along the water edge. Very close to Catalina Club which had great meals.

I was misled about facilities available. Booking.com listed a parking garage and dish washer. There was no garage at all which was important for me at the time. The only option was a private uncovered parking space. Having advertised a garage meant I was prepared to pay more than other similar sites which didn’t. In other words, I paid more for this accomodation than I should have. There was no dishwasher although there was an ugly open space where one was at some point in history. Why use Booking .com as a booking guide if descriptions are false? It was also disappointing that the toilet seat lid came off in my hand as did the ceiling fan switch and the oven was too dirty to be used without a good clean.
