Very nice water views from windows a balcony. Enjoyable 20 minute walk to town along the water edge. Very close to Catalina Club which had great meals.

I was misled about facilities available. Booking.com listed a parking garage and dish washer. There was no garage at all which was important for me at the time. The only option was a private uncovered parking space. Having advertised a garage meant I was prepared to pay more than other similar sites which didn’t. In other words, I paid more for this accomodation than I should have. There was no dishwasher although there was an ugly open space where one was at some point in history. Why use Booking .com as a booking guide if descriptions are false? It was also disappointing that the toilet seat lid came off in my hand as did the ceiling fan switch and the oven was too dirty to be used without a good clean.
