Well .you asked for it! Trying to sort out problems with the booking prior to arrival was a nightmare.they made me jump through hoops and to book.i nearly gave up .despite trying multiple times to speak to someone about the problems I couldn't talk to a human being,only flaming A1! Frustrating to say the least . I thought I was dealing with booking. com but they passed me onto this" made comfy" mob who are apparently the managing agent .they actually do have humans you can talk to but good luck understanding them,I had no idea what they were saying to me- hopeless to say the least .I asked booking.com to ring me multiple times as I couldn't ring them but they just ignored all requests.i have used booking.com many many times but will now seriously consider using another company for future accommodation needs.you can ring me now if you would like further discussion on this matter ???
