the staff where great the food was excellent the food was exceptional the liver was superb the beer choice where good too easy parking and unusually it was free the place was clean and the locals friendly
the services on booking .com advertised daily housekeeping but when re returned from a day out to find the room un-touch when we asked why was the room not serviced only to be told once you arrive we don't service the room while you are there also the radiators didn't work the room and bathroom where freezing the shower gel was so small that it was not enough for two showers it also states there is a 24hour reception both morning there was nobody about till after 8am trying to get my jab case to take my injection i had to wait till somebody was there
