The apartment is very spacious and has amazing decor. Breakfast at the café downstairs was excellent.
Even though there is a cafe downstairs, it would be great to have tea/coffee making facilities in the apartment.

Everything was actually excellent ! Place, location, clean room and a vey kind approach of girls serving breaakfest in the close KAVart cafe ! We will be definitely recommending this accomoation to everybody, especially to our friends from abroad. We know that this place meets the highest standards of nice accomodation nd pleasant services.
We were not sure about the procedure of how to get the keys from the room when there was only bell by the door ... but the issue has been solved very quickly and successfully.

I can only imagine that the high ratings were from 20 something year old guests. This took me back to my Uni days. Futon couches on the floor and a bit grotty/bohemian. Beds awkward to get out of due to slanted ceilings. Limited privacy for oe bedroom. No coffee or tea (although the kind staff in the coffee shop gave us some tea leaves on request). No microwave although advertised. You could do worse but don't expect a modern, clean and comfortable apartment.
