Apartma Ob stari murvi, Sežana

Na een lange rit van 2 dagen vanuit Nederland, werden we ontvangen door een ontzettend vriendelijke gastheer. Het huis is smaakvol en modern ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Aan alles is gedacht. En als je iets mist, is de gastheer makkelijk bereikbaar. Het welkomstgeschenk dat klaar stond met verse producten was erg leuk, en smaakte goed!! We voelden ons meteen erg thuis. Het treinspoor is dichtbij en ik ben een slechte slaper. Maar zodra de ramen dicht zijn hoor je helemaal niets meer. Ik heb beter geslapen als thuis! Het waren warme dagen met temperaturen boven de 30 graden, we waren erg blij met de goedwerkende airconditioning. We hebben een bezoekje gebracht aan onder andere Piran, Bled, Kroatië en de wonderschone Vintgar Gorge en Predjama Castle. We hebben meer dan genoten!! “The best souvenirs, are memories”.

This was the most spacious accomodation we had in our entire Slovenian trip. It is not an apartment but a house with almost every convenience you can think of. It also has a huge garden to boot, with fruit trees. We were very lucky to have the cherry trees in the garden fruiting during our stay- first time trying cherries straight off the tree. The extra amenties that I appreciated included washing machine with detergent, the CD player with songs from the 80-90s era, the thoughtful notes at the main door about the benefits of earthing and walking barefooted- the entire vibe of the house was very positive and also calming. We are thankful to the host Dusan for letting us drop off our bags earlier that the stated checkin time so that we could drive over to Trieste, Italy with an empty car boot. He was very friendly and shared how he retained the walls and structure of the very old house and renovated around it rather than tearing down the old house completely. There is a certain vibe that he wanted to keep and he said that one slept better within this house... I fully agree. Sadly, we could only stay for one night...

Really nicely renovated place with very welcoming hosts. Everything was great.

Price for bringing our dog was on the high side, but she really enjoyed running around the large lawn and it worked well.

Gyönyörű kert, szép és tiszta apartman. Minden létező felszerelés megtalálható, többféle kávéfőzőtől kezdve a légtisztítóig. Külön tetszett a szemét szétválogatására alkalmas szemetes. Dušan nagyon kedves vendéglátó, a welcome gift-ben lévő étel és ital életmentő volt.
