Location in the old town right by the cathedral was excellent. Loved the view from our window of the patio and little pool with the old town buildings behind. Staff were always very helpful.
Would prefer a softer pillow. ( not long bolster type) Water bottle in room was not replaced when empty.

Perfect location, except for the bar next door that noisy after 22-23h. The staff of the hotel was super helpful and very polite and nice. Breakfast was ok: not too big, just enough. The pool was very small though
Noise from the bar next door. Very small pool

Wonderful location, staff very friendly, room lovely and spacious & very quiet at night considering we were in such a busy & noisy city.
The only thing we found tricky were the beds were just too hard and we got stiffer as the week went on. We stayed a whole week.

The location (though the Cathedral bells which ring on the hour and all the quarters - kept me awake most of the night). I am though a light sleeper.
The property is beautiful, authentic etc.,.. but somehow has no soul. I think that though we had what was described as a luxury room (certainly was huge) it was possibly one of the worst. No place to sit. Dark and stuffy. Dark basement breakfast room. No bar etc
