The Annex at Middle Filham

Everything!! Beds extremely comfortable, bedding, towels etc top quality. Richard and Aisling are super friendly hosts and any questions or requests we had were immediately answered. Pre-trip communications fantastic. Literally anything you needed they would sort (even do the washing up for you!!)

We could not have enjoyed our stay anymore. Richard was a very gracious host. The accommodation was superb, we had plenty of space. Stopping for a long weekend as a family of 4, two bedroo.s, a lounge and bathroom.We were supplied with a wide range of it items for breakfast, smoothies, croissants, cereals, toast, fruit etc. The accommodation is as it says an annex to a house, and it was spotless. The beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of space. There was also great outdoor space as well to utilise for breakfast and meals if you wished. I would definitely go back, as it was located within easy reach of A38, and was superb value for money.

Spotlessly clean and spacious apartment with a wonderful garden area including a covered gazebo in case of bad weather. Richard, the host, could not have been more helpful, warm and welcoming

The Apartment was very comfy and clean. we stayed 3 days as a group of 4. The garden is huge and comfortable, we had a great barbecue there. Also the Host takes care of everything you need. Richard also provided us with detailed insights about a walking trail through nearby dartmoor. There you can enjoy a beautiful view and landscape. We would come back.
