The location is excellent - Teatralnyi residential complex, near the Theater. 7th floor, beautiful view. Two entrances to the house - either from the ground floor or through the concierge. Also, they have a grocery and barbershop in this building, which is very convenient. Large, convenient, comfortable apartment. Reasonable heating control - when it was cold outside, I turned up the heating, it was very warm. There is a kitchen with everything you need and a separate bedroom. A good Wi-Fi signal allowed me to perform work tasks. There is not a lousy iron, but a little overused ironing board.

Just a few small things, but still: the renovation, although new, already needs some updates (the hygienic shower in the toilet does not work). The bed is very squeaky. The light bulb in the corridor flickered a little - obviously, it needs to be replaced. The bathroom sink drain needs to be cleaned. Unfortunately, there is only one elevator, so you must walk up or down the stairs during rush hour if you are in a hurry. Everything else is excellent.
