Apartment on Krushelnitskoy 73

Бронювала квартиру непланово, отримала миттєве підтвердження від господаря. Протягом години заселилася. Квартира розташована у центрі, поруч усе необхідне. Вікна виходять у тихий двір, було затишно. У помешканні чисто, сторонні запахи відсутні, є все необхідне для комфортного перебування, навіть пралка і праска.

Постільну білизну довелося застеляти самотужки, зламана дверця душової кабіни.

Власник крутий, пішов на всі поступки. Були в місті проїздом, нестандартне заселення/ нестандартне виселення і тд. Задля не довготривалої зупинки 10/10, рекомендую!

Дуже зручне розташування, поруч повно різних магазинів, в квартирі - сучасний ремонт, все працює, чисто, прибрано, кабельне телебачення, інтернет, холодильник, ввічливий господар

Great location: very close to the central park, beautiful Pokrovskyi cathedral, all you need is close. Was easy to check in and get the keys Decent accomodation at this price WASHING MACHINE!

Overall the flat was very clean, but there were 2 spots (shower drain and sockets) that surprised us, in an unpleasant way Hairdryer - didn't work. So we couldn't take a proper shower We were provided with bed sheets and that's it. It wasn't ready for sleeping. 1 big towel, 1 small. Were we supposed to share? The owner didn't seem to polite. The first thing he told us - no parties, no guests, don't leave greasy stains in the kitchen. I understand his concerns regarding possible damage, but this is not what you want to here as a welcome speech Old soap bar in the bathroom. Ok, at this price i don't expect free toiletries, but at least would be good to remove the old remnants of what has previously looked like soap. The owner could charge more for such a nice flat if these unpleasant issues were fixed
