Very new facilities, very friendly staff, super-clean, nice cooked breakfast, good in-house restaurant (not busy)…

I liked everything. I think this is the best choice in Varna south now - I know the places, I can tell. In Varna the water pressure is usually low and there are issues with hot water, but not here!
Maybe the soundproofing, but not sure, there were few people in this period.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. I could park my motorbike behind the gate which was perfect. The room is clean, a small balcony so all good. The city center of Varna is 15 minutes by car and you can take the bus or a taxi for about 25lev. (12,50 euro). Varna is really nice to visit.
There is a nice little beach nearby but with a long stairway down. Nice walk though.
I had a room at the front and the street is pretty busy and load with traffic. With closed window it was allright but I prefer have the window open so a little load.
The view is not nice.

Nice breakfast. Nice location near shops and cafes.
Much noise. Complained, they did nothing, stopped 3 am.
