Charming unit located in the New Girdwood townsite. A great spot to enjoy all things Girdwood including restaurants, parkland, the Crow Creek Mercantile and located adjacent the bike path. Moments away from Alyeska resort this unit is ''vintage'' and priced less than a studio condo near the lifts. Unit features include wood fireplace and Rinnai direct vent wall mount furnace. Association allows nightly rentals. Association amenities include on site laundry, sauna, and a common area lawn in back of the building.

Roomy and well stocked. Seems to be an area with many short stay rentals. Grocery store right across the street and laundry available a few doors down. It looked like they were installing a washer/dryer in unit. Several restaurants nearby but we didnt get a chance to eat at any.

Loved staying here for a little birthday weekend getaway with girlfriends. Love that it’s dog friendly and has dog bowls and treats. The unit was fully stocked with everything we could need (kitchen appliances, plenty of towels, games and movies, extra outdoor bug spray and bear spray, etc.) check in and out was super easy and the location is centrally located near the merc and restaurants.
