Friendly staff, nice views of the mountain, access to spa & swimming pool.
Condition of the bathroom was below average.

The view at 9 floor is great . The wellness and the spa was also a good value .
The restaurant is not good at all . the meat was not very good cooked , and the rest of the food was cold. The taste is not so good .

Very nice location, with a beautiful view. The room was very clean and beds very comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful all the time. Food good with different options, day meniu or a la carte restaurant.
Spa wellness not as expected. Opening afternoon for few hours.There are multiple sauna rooms which are great, jacuzzi, thermal pool but we could enjoy only one day for few hours as Thursday was closed all day. No towels provided and a bit overcrowded. Extra cost to use it.
