Excellent villa with 5 star facilities.

Nice villa with everything you need for your relaxing holiday. Hotel facilities are great with plenty of different pools and Spa procedures.

There was an issue with the air conditioning inside the villa , which had been partially rectified during our stay.

Monday front desk person was rude and very unlike the rest of the staff. It’s a shame she is the face of the hotel during her time at the front of the house.

Very comfortable and luxurious villas

Both villas are more than perfect - equipped with everything needed to have a coffee or to prepare something to eat. They are close enough to the SPA center but at the same time far from the crowds in the hotel. It is very convenient that you can order food from the restaurant to be served there. Communication with the host is very easy and in a timely manner. Definitely recommended and will visit them soon again! Thank you for our wonderful stay! :)

perfect villa and location for a weekend with friends or family

Very cosy villa. it has a wonderful fire place and nice terrace with barbecue. The kitchen is very well equipped and has all kinds of dishes and glasses for different types of drinks which is great.

Perfect holiday for families (up to 6) with SPA

Everything was just perfect. Clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Very nice view to green nature. The Spa and swimming pools of the nearby hotel Infinity are very nice. Fully equipped kitchen.

Вилите са страхотни, за разлика от хотела, персонала и отношението!

Вилите са невероятни. Имат всичко необходимо. Оборудвани са с прибори, съдове за готвене, има кафемашина и капсули. Барбекюто също работи. Стаите са удобни и чисти. Самите вили са много добър избор.

Отношението на хората в хотела. Абсолютно неадекватно. На бара в спа центъра в петък и по 30 мин не се появяваше човек. В цялото спа няма диспенсъри за вода, ако на някого му стане лошо, както се случи при нас, трябва да си вземе от бара в спа-то, където нямаше никого в продължение на доста време. Когато дойде жена ни каза , че с карта не се плаща, на стаята също не може, защото сме във вилите и накрая при подадена банкнота от 100 лв ми се каза да ходя да си ги разваля, защото те не оперирали с пари!!!! При напускане - след като освободихме къщите и оставихме ключовете на рецепция - споменах на служителката, че една от кърпите от спа-то е във вилата и затова и давам една карта по-малко. ВЪПРЕКИ, че тя вече беше изпратила камериерки да проверят дали всичко е наред с вилите, ме накара да отида до там , за да взема кърпата, после да сляза с обувките си в спа-зоната , за да и върна картата. Повтарям- камериерката вече беше в къщата. Абсолютно неадекватно.!! Не препоръчвам самия хотел и персонала в него!

Фантастично място!

Къщата е много удобна, чиста и голяма. Хубава веранда, има градина и е заградена (идеално за деца). Близо е до басейните, които са фантастични! Има 4-5 басейна (вкл.инфинити басейни),джакузита, детски басейни, плажни барчета, закрит детски кът до ресторанта, площадка…изкарахме си страхотно и определено ще се върнем! Идеално място за лятна почивка!

Може да се подобрят телевизорите, имаше проблем, но сигурно вече са се погрижили. Каналите се връщат, а това е рядко в комплекси/ хотели!
