Wonderful hotel, centrally located. Superlative service from the staff including Diana, Kevin, Lucas, Julie and others. No hotel has offered better personal service than this one. Lovely rooms, delicious breakfast- very comfortable beds very clean and quiet. Highest recommendation for hotel in Pau.

The staff was immensely helpful and pleasant. Dianna is a star! Room was very nice and AC worked well on a very hot day. Book parking ahead as space is limited.

EVERYTHING! It had a lovely classic French feel - the big window and shutters - modern clean bathroom with huge bath and shower ! The bed was sooooo comfortable and the staff were warm kind and helpful . Breakfast fresh fruit , great home made jams , eggs etc We would highly recommend this hotel .
