The place is huge and the apartment renovated and decorated with antique furniture. The couple renting out the former Agriturismo are friendly and helpful. There is everything you need in the house. Surely you are pretty alone there.
It’s not far from Siculiana, Agrigento or the Scala dei Turchi- but don‘t expect a touristic area. It’s pretty remote and if you’re not feeling comfortable this way, it’s nothing for you. More suitable for a family I would say. Be prepared for strange noises from the roof birds starting from 7h on :)

I felt like I had stepped into another world and was staying in the most magical place at La Casina. The accommodation is grand and beautifully decorated with artworks and antiques. The views are spectacular and the garden had a sweet ginger cat that my daughter loved! The space is so comfortable and we happily cooked meals with everything we could need in the kitchen. The owners were lovely and friendly.
