A detached villa on a hillside, located at the entrance to the town but offering sweeping views of the open countryside to the north, ensuring maximum relaxation. It is 15 minutes from Agrigento (Italy’s 2025 Capital of Culture), 20 minutes from the Valley of the Temples and the Mediterranean Sea, and 30 minutes from the Scala dei Turchi. Villa Magnolia is also located along the “Magna Via Francigena Palermo/Agrigento” route.
Sleeps 8 in 3 spacious bedrooms, with two full bathrooms, a large kitchen/living area, and a spacious living room—all very bright. It features a large terrace with a table, umbrella, chairs, and a rocking chair, as well as a surrounding garden. Equipped with every comfort for adults and children alike; bed linens and towels provided. Supermarket and café/ice cream shop 50 meters away. A deli offering local specialties and ready-to-eat meals with a special arrangement for home delivery. A prestigious winery and a riding stable with organized horseback riding excursions 1.5 km away.

The house was exquisite! Extremely neat and clean, with large rooms and a wonderful kitchen. Incredible views of the Sicilian countryside. Our host Francesco was amazing! Extremely communicative and spoke English well, and he was very accommodating!
