Großes Ferienarartment mit ausreichender Küchenausstattung. Alles andere war auch in Ordnung.

Leider waren beide vorhandenen Kaffeemaschinen defekt. Eine Fußmatte bzw. Bodentuch vor der Duschkabine im Badezimmer wäre auch schön gewesen. (rutschgefahr nach dem Duschen) Bis auf einen kurzen Wortwechel wegen einer defekten Kühlschranklampe (die auch vom Gastgeber bereit gestellt wurde) kam es in der Zeit unsres Urlaubes zu keimem weitern Kontakt zwischen dem Gastgeber und uns. (eigentlich schade) Keine Nachfrage ob alles soweit in Ordnung ist.

Pro und Contra der Unterkunft

Die FeWo Nr. 3 war super groß und geräumig und bot uns genügend Platz. Sie war ebenerdig und hatte eine Terrasse. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto) war direkt neben der Unterkunft. Das war super 👍 Auch viele Stellplätze für Fahrräder waren vorhanden und die PKW stehen sicher auf dem Grundstück.

Sehr enttäuscht waren wir über die Sauberkeit der FeWo. Ostseesand auf dem Sofa, den Böden in jedem Zimmer und tote Käfer in den Ecken. Unter dem Sofa Hundespielzeug und Malblätter von anderen Gästen. Die Fliesen im Bad klebten, sodass ich uns erst mal einen Duschvorleger gekauft habe. Die Duschkabine total kaputt, sodass wir die Schiebetüren mit "Sie" betätigen mussten, um sie zu schließen...und nicht eine Rolle Toilettenpapier war vorhanden. Der Mülleimer in der Küche war nicht geleert und die Spülmaschine von den letzten Besuchern auch noch mit Geschirr voll. Ich kenne es von anderen Unterkünften, dass für den anreisenden Gast wenigstens ein Spültap, ein Abwaschlappen und ein Geschirrtuch bereit liegt. Aber auch das war nicht vorhanden. Und leider auch nicht ein Müllbeutel um unseren Abfall ordentlich und sauber zu entsorgen. Ich würde empfehlen, das Reinigungspersonal zu schulen oder sich Gedanken über eine neue Reinigungskraft zu machen. Dann passt das auch zukünftig super 👍

Gefallen hat mir die Größe von der Unterkunft.

Leider war es nicht sehr sauber und einiges kaputt. Ich bin normalerweise nicht sehr anspruchsvoll aber sauber sollte es schon sein. Die Toilette innen war schwarz, die Dusche verschimmelt und die Schiebetür defekt. Unter der Couch war eine riesige Ansammlung von hundehaaren. Die Matratzen im Schlafzimmer waren sehr durchgelegen.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung nicht wohl gefühlt.

Die Lage.

Die Wohnung Nr.8 war so ekelhaft dreckig und hat nach Kloake gestunken, dass ich den Vermieter sofort angerufen habe. Dieser kam dann auch und hatte unglaubliche Ausreden auf Lager. Er hatte dann noch eine andere Wohnung Nr.1 frei, die war gering besser. Da wir nicht wieder nach Hause fahren wollten, haben wir sie notgedrungen genommen. Aber so darf man keine Ferienwohnung anbieten, das ist ekelhaft. Ein Glück hatten wir unsere eigenen Handtücher und Bettzeug dabei. In der Küche haben wir nichts benutzt außer Teller und Tassen für unser Frühstück. Leider kann ich nicht noch mehr Fotos hinzufügen, die zeigen würden, wie eklig es war. Überall waren noch Hundehaare, die Schonbezüge auf den Matratzen waren fleckig und mit Haaren. Eigentlich müsste der Vermieter uns Geld zurückzahlen.
