We stayed at this property the past 5 years. WE LOVE IT! Had some issues upon checking in with a duplicate reservation from another 3rd party site - making it seem as though we had 2 rooms, but the front desk staff young lady was very thorough and we got that resolved as I HAD CANCELED the 2nd reservation, but the booking site didn't fwd that info to the property. We were able to get into another room quickly (King suite with kitchen and sofa bed) and we were very happy for her diligent work upon us checking in.

However, we had stayed here in the end of June and July 6th, as well as this past weekend (July 30th thru 8/2). The 1st instance we stayed in Room #441. We came back later in the evening, and had a cleanliness issue with the area in/around the sofa-bed and it was quickly addressed (even at 11:30 p.m.) by housekeeping at that late hour, and it was so appreciated. This time, this last weekend and asked for early arrival - which we KNOW is not guaranteed, but our lower room (2nd fl) was not yet ready. The front desk graciously agreed to put us in an available room of the same type, and low and behold it was Room #441. Upon entering, all seemed well and we were happy upon returning from errands to get into out preferred room... but we immediately saw alot of dust and hair on the windowsill in the sitting area where the sofa bed is, as well as some small dead insects in the one corner of the windowsill in the main bedroom and water bottles under the sink in the bathroom. This facility is ALWAYS ABOVE AVERAGE every time we've been here over a 5 year span and I will not stay anywhere else, but some of these seemingly petty things would offend some guests. Please know that this will not deter me from choosing this property again, I certainly will --- but for the same room on 2 occasions to have issues is not what I expected. I did proceed to take photo's of same, and advised the front desk attendant - she took my name and cell # and advised that the manager or housekeeping would get back to me and provide an email so I could forward them to her, however she never contacted me. I will say that the best part was I accidentally left my RX prescription in the room, and Ms. Johnson was quick to contact me to advise me of that as well as offer available means of getting it returned. Again, this property always exceeds my expectation in one way or another, and I look forward to visiting again next July/August 2027.

There were not enough towels. It took long for them to come after asking twice and requesting before hand. The amount of chlorine in the pool burnt my eye as we just sat poolside. Uncomfortable sleep due to the flat pillows and slanted bed.

This is the 5th Year staying at this facility I absolutely love it. The staff the amenities the location and the rooms are extremely well appointed. This is the first time in 5 years that I've ever had to voice concerns about cleanliness. As always the staff goes above and beyond and the breakfast is beyond compare for most hotels. I would definitely recommend this location

This is the first time in 5 years that I've ever had to voice concerns about cleanliness. We pulled out the sofa bed for my granddaughter to prepare it for her to go to sleep and there was trash and other things between the floor and where the bed was. Some food items had been spilled on the floor and it was not a pleasant experience. However I will say the front desk immediately had housekeeping come up at 11:00 at night to clean and sanitize the whole area to which I was very grateful as the hotel was sold out.
