That massive, mountain-rustic cabin packed with amenities you crave for your ski or summer vacation has been built. It's called 244 Benchmark Drive. This place has it all. As you enter the driveway, you realize you're in for a treat because a skier statue greets you at the front door. This home also enjoys a prime ski-in/out location in Mountain Village, not too far from the shops and restaurants, which are just a free, on-demand shuttle ride away. So, sink into this spacious, well-equipped mountain home to begin your Telluride adventure.
All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, so this home is excellent for bringing a large family or group. There's an open-concept living area next to the kitchen, plenty of breakfast bar and formal table seating, a massive pantry and laundry room, and a game room downstairs. The foosball table and wet bar complement the game room, off of which you'll find a deck with a private hot tub.
Head up half a flight of stairs, and you'll find a suite with a sitting area and a private deck with outdoor furniture. The thoughtful, spacious layout really can't be beat. Tack on garage parking, and you really have found a Telluride gem.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful home. The kitchen could use a good update The pots and pans all need to be upgraded. A couple of the appliances needed to be replaced. The location was great for sking. All and all it was a great vacation.

The house was spacious, we appreciated the bedrooms having ensuite bathrooms and being quite large and that the kitchen was well stocked. Most of all though the location is amazing, being able to ski in/out directly onto the galloping goose run. We would absolutely recommend and stay again.

Our family of 7 stayed there for four nights. The home is fantastic. The bedrooms were all beautiful and spacious. The living room and kitchen were wonderful " hangout " spaces. The home is 75 feet from a green slope, which was great for our group of beginner through expert skiers. Telluride is the nicest ski resort we've ever experienced. I highly recommend this home and this resort.

We wanted a 4 bedroom house with airconditioning. The original listing for this house included airconditioning and was why we chose instead of a couple of other smaller places in Mountain Village. We learned after the first night there that there was no airconditiong and it had been a typo in the listing. We were told to open the windows to cool the house. Several of the windows were stuck in place and did not open. While there we also needed to clean out two of the shower stall drains that were clogged with hair and gunk. The dishwasher failed on our third day and was unusable for the rest of our stay. The clothes washer wanted to have a self cleaning cycle before it was used. Otherwise, the house was spacious, clean and well supplied with things we needed for the week. Due to the original listing error about the airconditioning and the nitpicky little issues with the basic maintenance of the house, I have to rate it a three star.
