This lovely top floor, second level condo is situated in the cul-de-sac closest to the James River with water views in three seasons, on a beautiful street surrounded with lush grounds backing to the wooded lake and is in the cul-de-sac ending at the James River. Adjacent to and developed by Busch Gardens, this is a lovely oasis with the beaches, the marina, treasured historic ruins, and playground all within walking distance. Enjoy over 7 miles of biking and walking trails, tennis, basketball, pickleball, soccer, fishing, barbecue and picnics.
Not a resort condotel, this condo offers the safety and comforts of home, seasonal decorations, and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy admiring the beautiful estates along the river, explore the historic sites, try golfing at the beautiful Green or Gold golf course at Golden Horseshoe, spend a day following the Colonial Williamsburg Tasting Trail, take the ferry to historic Surry and dine at The Surry Seafood Company, watch the deer, bunnies, groundhogs and squirrels playing from your deck, visit the historic Beach Village at Yorktown where Washington won our independence, or take a dip at the beach, there's restroom and shower for rinsing off at the marina, or try your luck at Colonial Downs race track and casino!

Cute little place not far from the resort Marina. Close to Historic Downtown Williamsburg and a 2 minute drive to Bush Gardens. Gated community so we felt safe. Husband enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the squirrels play, a baby deer nap in the woods while momma was out doing her thing and listening to nature as the sun went down in the evening.

While relocating to Williamsburg, we were fortunate to find this delightful unit! It was perfect. The amenities are comprehensive… the unit is well maintained and had everything we needed. My thanks to our host. It genuinely felt like home.

property was beautiful was water view was not ss grand as pictured stay was fun fire alarm was set off clearing house at 9 till 9:45 on site restaurant and pool and spa were great

Kingsmill is a very nice development. Having rented other condos there, we were somewhat disappointed with this one. The couch/hide a bed is pretty old and sagging. A recliner LR chair is sagging on one side. The bathtub drain barely worked creating a very slippery coating on the bottom of the (mattless) tub. Someone is going to get hurt in there someday.
These are small things. Some updated furniture and routine maintenance would cure it.
