This neighborhood boasts walking trails, playgrounds and access to the beach of the James River, which can be seen from the deck. First floor living with a microwave, mini frig, basic utensils and plates, a Keurig, guest wifi and a smart TV give you all the comforts of home. High-quality linens await you, with extra blankets and pillows for your comfort.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well furnished. Access to the river and walking trails made the stay exceptionally pleasant. The owners gave good information. We had no complaints.

Very clean condo! It was perfect for us since we were visiting family staying in a unit close by with the kitchen and living area. The view of the sunset over the James River was beautiful. Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay at this property, but feel it was photographed in way that slightly misled us. The furnishings are different than the ones in the photo. And I believe that the photo may have been taken with a wide angle lens because it does not look as big as Shown. Additionally, it would be helpful to have a night table on either side of the bed with a lamp on each to make reading at night easier.
The bathroom was clean in the shower was pleasant, but we couldn’t open the door to the back outside because the screen was off the slider and we were concerned about getting bugs and Berman in there. I think the owners are trying, but I think that a little bit of rehab would be helpful here.
