FOUR-ROOM APARTMENT 300 metres from the sea The private flat is on the first floor of a building forming part of a residential complex. The residence is located in Nisportino, in an area to the north-west of the Island of Elba, in the heart of the Tuscan Archipelago National Park. A quiet area suitable for families with children and ideal for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
The flat consists of two double bedrooms with an additional single bed in the first bedroom and the possibility of placing a camp bed in the second bedroom, two bathrooms, a living room with a sofa bed for two people, and a kitchen. Directly from the living room and kitchen there is access to the covered porches, equipped for outdoor dining, overlooking the residence's garden, with a view of the swimming pool in use by the flat, open from 1 June to 30 September. Also equipped with mosquito nets.
The beach of Nisportino is easily reached either on foot, 5 minutes, or by car. Behind the beach there is a large free car park and directly on the sea, a Restaurant-Bar-Pizzeria where you can taste excellent seafood specialities and typical Elba Island cuisine.
Nisportino is a cove that represents excellence from a naturalistic point of view, both for the beauty of its sea and for the excursions that can be made.
From Nisportino, 6 km away is the town of Rio nell'Elba, the oldest mediaeval village on the Island of Elba, where you can visit the Museo Archeologico del Versante Minerario (Archaeological Museum of the Mining Slope). 9 km away is Rio Marina, port of arrival for ferries from Piombino and home to the Mineralogical Museum, as well as to the old iron mines dating back to Etruscan times. Within a radius of 20 km from Nisportino you can reach other very picturesque localities such as: Porto Azzurro with its boutiques and ice-cream parlours, Portoferraio with its old fortified town dating back to the Medici era and the villas of Emperor Napoleon.
