Bardzo miły właściciel i sąsiedzi mieszkający w budynku, dobra lokalizacja, bliskość lasu, super plus za możliwość pobytu z psem
Niestety ale w mieszkaniu było brudno, w kątach pełno brudu, pod dywanem jakaś biała szmata leżała, bardzo nie wygodne łóżka, wręcz ledwo trzymające się, bardzo strome schody wejściowe, co np dla starszej osoby mogłyby stanowić problem, stanowiły problem w zejściu psa na dół, w lodówce w zamrażarce sam lód co uniemożliwiało korzystanie z niego, brak w kuchni dużego ostrego noża by np przekroić pomidora
