Lokalizacja rewelacyjna, niemal w centrum Karpacza. Na miejscu dostępny parking, wprawdzie niezbyt duży, ale zawsze było miejsce dla naszych samochodów. Klucze odbierane ze skrytki. Dość duże dwa mieszkania, całkiem dobrze wyposażone.
Jedno z mieszkań to przerobiony strych, jednak bardzo niski sufit nie jest wygodny dla wszystkich. Bardzo skrzypiące schody w części wspólnej, które było słychać za każdym razem, gdy ktoś schodził na dół. Mało komfortowe wyjście z budynku tylko przez parking z tyłu.
