Palmeral Luxury Suites

Beautifully private space

Walked into shelving a couple of times

Excellent location, short transfer from the airport and the host Irene arranged a pick-up (and was on hand throughout the stay and very helpful). Had the pool to ourselves most of the time as there are only 4 suites here. Property is well equipped and modern, including a jacuzzi. 10 minute walk to Kremasti town for supermarket and restaurants, and quite close to the bus stop for travelling further (or there's a car park if you've hired a car). Great view of the planes landing. And some cute friendly cats!

a couple of things needed minor maintenance (e.g. wobbly sink tap) but nothing that was a problem.

Location, apartment was secure, clean and so beautifully compact. My son treated me to a few days away and could not have chosen better. Tucked down a side road just 4 minutes away from the airport sit Palmeral apartments. Irene ensures all her customers are treated to a 5* experience. Irene met us on arrival and showed us around. There was a lovely welcome pack. Irene even drove us to the local village a little later on in the evening recommending a lovely Greek restaurant. We enjoyed a lovely four night break. However, once at the airport on our way home, we were informed that our flight was cancelled. We quickly rang Irene who fortunately still had the apartment free so saved it for us. We were so relieved and grateful and enjoyed another full day. Irene then kindly arranged for our taxi to the airport the following evening, she really makes you feel valued and ensures you have everything you need.

Very comfortable and lots of extras. Our host Irene could not do more for us, she was absolutely wonderful .
