We were a tiny bit sceptical as there had been no reviews for this property, but it is a legitimate villa and we did enjoy our stay! It’s brand new which has its pro’s and cons but overall our experience was lovely.
Pros- decent size, close to beach, amenities such as supermarket, restaurant, cafes, not busy area.
Cons - instructions on arrival wasn’t quite clear. Our hot water stopped working and it wasn’t straight forward getting it sorted, but the team did rectify this. There were 2 toilet roles for each bathroom and once we run out we were told to get our own because it is a self catered apartment. Again this is not clear but they did supply us with more in the end. Location of Villa is under the flight path. The planes can get loud, overall for us it was fine, we were 10 min away from the airport so our transfers were easy.
The villa is not in a tourist spot, however as this was our second time to Rhodes we didn’t mind this. Our contact at the villa gave us taxi details and other good recommendations so it didn’t affect us.
The villa sleeps 7, however it is not clear that the villa is split into two apartments with different accesses. This wouldn’t have been our preference but worth noting if you’re considering this place. 3 people will need to sleep on a sofa bed. And four people share two double beds.
Villa was clean and good cleaning facilities.
Overall, I would book this again if I was going back to Rhodes with a group.
