Our family stay at Ferienwohnung Appartement Am Schilf XL was fantastic. The biggest thing driving my 10/10 review is the hosts: They live downstairs and were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not only with things you would expect from holiday-rental-hosts, but more like friendly neighbours, more than happy to go out of their way to help. The apartment was spotless and perfect for our family: we had breakfast and several dinners that we made in the flat, were able to have one relaxed movie night, and slept well. The location was handy: close to the main town, the lake and the local station, but also very quick on to the main roads out of Zell-am-See to other nearby attractions and activities.
Nothing really! Not a criticism but please note there is no washing machine for clothes in the flat, so just make sure to account for that.

זו בעצם סוג של יחידת דיור בתוך הבית של המשפחה. אבל יש כניסה נפרדת.
הדירה מאוד נקייה, המטבח כולל את כל מה שצריך. מדיח כלים כולל קפסולות ומכונת קפה כוללת זרעי קפה..
משהו שאהבנו במיוחד, בתוך האמבטיה אפשר להדליק מוזיקה ורדיו. הילדה שלי עפה על זה ממש...
מעבר לזה המארחים חמודים, הביאו לנו את מה שביקשנו והתעניינו לשלומינו.
המיקום דיי טוב ולא רחוק מהאגם.
אציין שהדירה גדולה ממש וכוללת שתי מרפסות נפרדות וגדולות.
דבר נוסף, יש רשתות בכל הדירה בדלתות וחלונות. אז לא היתה לנו את בעיית היתושים בכלל.
המיטות מעט לא נוחות אבל זה לא כל כך הפריע לנו.

przemili gospodarze przywitali nas osobiście, oprowadzili po apartamencie i wyjaśnili kilka kwestii technicznych np. jak obsługiwać pełnowartościowy ekspres do kawy. A paczkę kawy otrzymaliśmy w prezencie.

Het is een heel ruim appartement, brandschoon, heerlijke bedden. De keuken voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Lekkere koffiemachine. De eigenaren zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Mooi en ruim terras met goede meubelen. Fijn dat onze hond ook welkom was.
Eigenlijk niets, alleen de keukentafel is wat klein.
